Colibo as a new communication platform
We asked Carsten why they chose Colibo as a supplier over the two other providers they were considering: "Of the three suppliers, Colibo's solution was the one that best met our needs. We were allowed to test the features during a good trial period, and that meant a lot. And Colibo has some really good customer references."
We could see that the foundation is in order. Colibo can do a lot and maybe even more than we need, but we choose to use the features that are relevant to us.

A simple implementation
Implementing a new platform can be a daunting and complicated task. The Implementation and Adaption team from Colibo, along with the IT department at Campus Vejle, have handled the IT technical aspects. Carsten elaborates: "It has been a smooth and secure process throughout the implementation. Line has professionally managed the technical implementation of the project from start to finish. Additionally, I have received excellent support and solutions from Stine, as she has contributed tips for setup, design, etc."
The results
With the intranet from Colibo, Campus Vejle has gained a platform that is easy to operate – now and in the future. They require minimal internal resources and are no longer dependent on having employees with sharp IT or SharePoint skills to maintain the intranet. Colibo is continuously developed, and the platform is constantly adapted, so Campus Vejle just needs to focus on the content.
Carsten concludes by saying: "Colibo has saved us time and money. It has freed up resources in our IT department. The platform is easy to work with, so our student assistant could easily take responsibility for it. It does not require a full-time employee to manage the intranet via Colibo."
