Udfordninger i Kommuner
Situation
En mellemstor kommune med over 2.000
ansatte fordelt på rådhus, skoler, daginstitutioner og teknisk forvaltning.
Mange medarbejdere arbejder ikke ved en computer, herunder pædagoger, sosu’er, mm.. Kommunen vil gerne styrke den interne kommunikation, så alle ansatte uanset job eller lokation – føler sig inkluderet, informeret og som en del af fællesskabet.
Challenge
Kommunens intranet er bygget i SharePoint og fungerede mest som en dokumentopbevaring. Det var svært at navigere i, krævede pc-adgang og bliver sjældent brugt af ansatte uden fast kontorplads. Kommunikation blev spredt over mails, opslagstavler og Teams.
Results
Colibo blev implementeret som kommunens nye intranet. Det samlede nyheder, dokumenter og
medarbejderinformation ét sted – tilgængeligt via mobil, tablet og pc.
Brugervenligt design og personlige nyhedsfeeds gjorde det nemt at finde relevant indhold. Ikke mindst kunne alle ansatte logge ind, hvilket betød, at hele kommunen endelig var samlet på én platform.
